Building Circles
Building Circles improved in all four J2E project areas.
The journey travelled within the main project area of
Performance and Impact saw the charity move forward
by 19%.
Within the other three areas the charity also saw
an impact which they attributed to the project: in
Leadership and Strategic Direction, People Management
and Financial Management the charity moved forward
positively on its journey.
The charity is now building on the
support provided by the project to
develop a plan to commercialise the
abuse prevention training programme.
By commercialising the programme,
they can share their knowledge in a way
which will also help them to generate
unrestricted funds and secure their
own future as a charity.
